Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter
4 c. milk
6 c. raw potatoes, sliced
4 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a large saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons butter; add flour and salt.
Add milk slowly; cook until sauce thickens.
Add sliced potatoes; bring to a boil.
Put into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish and dot with remaining butter.
You can use a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Yield: 15 servings.
