Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 1/2 lb. potatoes (cook with jackets)
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. butter
    1/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 can chicken soup
    1/2 can mushroom soup
    1/2 can celery soup
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/3 tsp. pepper
    1/3 gal. milk, heated
    2 lb. ham, diced
    1/3 onion, diced
Preparation
    Mix milk, butter, cheese, flour, salt, pepper and soups over low heat.
    Layer
    potatoes,
    ham
    and onions, then repeat again. Then pour mixture over
    the top.
    Bake until heated through good, 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Serves 20 to 25.
