Turkey Vegetable Burgers(Low-Fat!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 large cloves garlic, chopped
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 lb. ground turkey breast meat
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 egg white
    dash of nutmeg
    3/4 c. fat-free cereal or fat-free crackers, processed into fine crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Saute onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon water over medium-high heat for 3 to 5 minutes, until water evaporates.
    Add celery and saute, stirring, for 3 minutes to soften.
    If vegetables begin to stick, add additional water as needed.
