Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices day-old bread
    1 lb. cooked sausage
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 eggs
    2 1/4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Break bread into a 13 x 9-inch casserole.
    Layer cooked sausage on bottom.
    Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
    Mix eggs, 2 1/4 cups milk, mustard and salt.
    Pour on top.
    Mix soup and 1/4 cup milk.
    Spread over other mixture.
    Cover with wrap and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
