Creamy Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
3/4 lb. Velveeta, cubed
1 (10 oz.) frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
dash of pepper
Preparation

In a 2-quart saucepan, saute onions in margarine until tender. Reduce heat to medium. Add milk and cream cheese; stir until cream cheese is melted.
Add remaining ingredients.
Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
Makes 5 (1 cup) servings.
