Bite Size Lemon Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    3 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Cream margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
    Gradually mix in flour until dough is smooth.
    Press dough into 1 1/2-inch muffin tins.
    Pierce each shell with a fork. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until golden brown (18 to 20 minutes).
    Cool in pan.
    Makes 2 dozen small tarts.
