Champagne Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 fifths champagne, chilled
7 fifths Sauterne, chilled
5 qt. club soda, chilled
1 pt. strawberries
Preparation

Fill punch bowl with 1 fifth each of champagne and Sauterne and 3/4 quart of soda.
For an attractive garnish, float whole strawberries with hulls.
Refill bowls as needed with the same proportions.
Yields 4 gallons and 1 pint or 104 (5-ounce) servings.
