Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. squash, fresh or canned
    1-1/2 cup chopped onions
    2 cups cubed cheese
    16 oz. can tomatoes
    2 cups bread crumbs
    parsley flakes
    6 oz. diced red peppers or pimientos
    salt, pepper, garlic powder
Preparation
    Stir squash, tomatoes, red peppers or pimientos, onions and seasonings together. Alternate layers of squash mixture, cheese and bread crumbs. Sprinkle parsley flakes on top. Bake at 350 until golden brown on top.
