Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. large fresh mushrooms
1 lb. pork sausage
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Rinse mushrooms in cold water and pat dry. Remove stems.
Chop stems and combine with sausage, garlic and parsley.
Cook until sausage is browned, stirring occasionally.
Drain.
Stir in cheese, mixing well.
Spoon mixture into mushroom caps and place in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Makes approximately 2 dozen.
