Mexican-Style Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 whole eggs
    4 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tomato, halved, seeded and finely chopped
    2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
    Whisk eggs, salt and pepper in bowl.
    Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add onion, tomato, jalapeno and cilantro.
    Saute 2 to 3 minutes, until onion is slightly soft. Add egg mixture to skillet.
    Cook, stirring, about 4 to 6 minutes.
