Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    2/3 c. salad oil
    1 c. cream style corn
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 Tbsp. chopped bell peppers
    2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    In
    a
    large bowl, mix together eggs, sour cream, oil and corn.
    In separate bowl, mix together corn meal,
    salt,
    baking powder, baking soda, bell peppers and jalapeno
    peppers,
    cheese and pecans.
    Combine the 2 mixtures. Pour into
    hot,
    greased (3 tablespoons oil) 8-inch loaf pan or 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake 1 hour.
