Beef Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 pounds hamburger
    5 rounded teaspoon Mortons Tender Quick Salt
    2 1/2 teaspoons mustard seed
    2 tablespoons coarse pepper
    2 tablespoons garlic salt
    1 teaspoon Hickory Smoked Salt
Preparation
    Mix seasoning well and divide into four equal amounts.
    Divide meat into four equal parts as well.
    Mix the seasoning and the meat together by combining 1/4 meat with 1/4 seasoning and when all portions are well mixed, combine all four together and mix well. Put into a 9 x 13 pan and cover tightly and refrigerate.
