Lemon Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    juice and rind of 2 lemons or 7 Tbsp. lemon juice
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook above ingredients together, stirring constantly.
    When thick like custard, remove and let cool.
    Chill and whip one large can of evaporated milk.
    Add to cooled custard.
    Line dish with vanilla or graham crumbs.
    Pour mixture in and cover with crumbs. Freeze.
    Serves 12 to 16.
