Blueberry Tea Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
tsp. salt
c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg, unbeaten
c. milk
2 c. blueberries
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Cream butter; gradually put in sugar.
Add egg and milk; beat until smooth.
Add dry ingredients; fold in blueberries.
Spread batter in greased and floured 8-inch or 9-inch square pan.
Sprinkle with Crumb Topping. Bake in hot oven (375\u00b0) 40 to 45 minutes.
