Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 ripe avocados
    2 green onions and tops
    salt, pepper, Tabasco sauce or Louisiana hot sauce as desired
    1 chopped tomato
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Pit, peel or scoop and mash avocados. Chop green onions and tops; add to avocados. Add tomato, 3 or 4 dashes of Tabasco sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Flavor improves with time. Put seed in mixture to avoid discoloration, but remove seed before serving.
