Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 ripe tomato, diced
    6 green onions, chopped (stems and all)
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Bake cornbread according to directions on package.
    Cool and crumble into chunks.
    Place cornbread in bowl and add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    May be served immediately or may be refrigerated first.
