Thousand Island Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. mayonnaise
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
6 hard-cooked eggs, grated
8 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
8 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
Makes 2 quarts.
