Snack Time Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. nonfat cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. skim milk
1 Tbsp. low-fat smooth peanut butter
1 tsp. honey
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

In a blender or food processor, blend or process the cottage cheese, milk, peanut butter, honey and cinnamon until well blended.
Put into a container.
Stir in raisins.
Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Spread on miniature rice cakes or toasted mini bagels for quick snack.
