Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. sugar
    10 oz. cottage cheese
    10 oz. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 1/2 sticks melted oleo
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Spray a
    9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or\tmore.
    Can
    cook
    in
    muffin tins and freeze.
    Can then heat in microwave.
    Great with Cheese-Potato Soup.
