Applesauce-Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
    1 c. Mott's applesauce
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ground allspice (optional)
    1/2 c. raisins, finely chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl; blend well, then beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 4 minutes.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 8 x 4-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes, or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean and cake begins to pull away from sides of pan.
    Do not underbake. Cool in pan 15 minutes.
    Remove from pan; finish cooling on rack.
