Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 7 large Idaho potatoes or red potatoes
    1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    milk (whole or skim)
    bacon (optional)
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and boil until just tender.
    Drain and rinse with cold water.
    In large pot, add soup and enough milk to mix soup, then add potatoes and add more milk to cover potatoes plus a little more.
    Simmer on low-medium for 15 minutes.
    Don't let it boil.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve with shredded cheese on top and fried bacon, crumbled on top.
