Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. yellow corn meal
1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can creamed corn
1/3 c. onion, chopped finely
2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
1/2 c. chopped Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Mix rest of ingredients; add to dry and stir just to mix.
Pour into 9-inch square pan or 16-inch skillet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
