Easy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 medium potatoes
2 x 2-inch piece sharp cheese
flour
dried parsley flakes
1 medium onion
1 large can evaporated milk
salt and pepper
Preparation

Dilute milk with equal amount of water.
Slice potatoes.
Pour milk in bottom of greased baking dish.
Layer all ingredients and sprinkle each layer with flour.
Pour remaining milk over all until barely covered.
Cook by microwave on Medium or at 350\u00b0 until tender.
