Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs (or equivalent amount of substitute)
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 c. broken pecans
Preparation
    Blend sugar and eggs.
    Add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Beat in oil and vanilla.
    Fold in apples and pecans.
    Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes and turn out.
