Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 sliced apples
1 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. butter or oleo (soft)
1 egg (unbeaten)
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Place sliced apples in a 6 x 10-inch baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients until crumbly with fork.
Pour entire mixture over top of apples, then sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve with cream and sugar or ice cream.
