Cocktail Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 egg
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 (14 oz.) bottles tangy hot ketchup
    1 (10 oz.) apple jelly
Preparation
    Saute
    bite size meatballs in butter (allow for shrinkage). Combine
    jelly
    and
    ketchup
    and
    pour over meatballs. Simmer 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serve with toothpicks.
