Carrot Cake(Yield 1 Cake) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated carrots
2 c. crushed pineapple with juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts
Preparation

Mix oil, sugar and eggs.
Add salt, soda and flour.
Mix well. Add cinnamon and vanilla.
Add nuts, pineapple and carrots. Blend well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in greased and floured 9 x 12-inch pan for 50 to 60 minutes.
It must feel done by touch.
Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
