Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 5 lb.) beef roast
    5 to 6 med. potatoes, divided into quarters
    1 med. onion, sliced
    3 to 4 lg. carrots, sliced (or several baby carrots)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. Teriyaki sauce
Preparation
    Place meat, vegetables, salt and pepper in crock pot with 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water, and cook on high for at least 4 to 6 hrs. or until tender. (Add 1 Tbsp. of Teriyaki sauce while cooking.)
