Curt'S Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

28 oz. can Progresso crushed tomatoes
29 oz. can Hunt's tomato sauce
2 to 4 Tbsp. oregano
28 oz. can Hunt's Italian style tomatoes
3 jars Progresso marinara sauce (14 oz. each)
4 to 5 large green peppers, sliced
5 to 10 garlic cloves
1/2 c. olive oil
1 bunch chopped scallions, including tops
1 bunch fresh basil, chopped or 3 Tbsp. dry basil
1/2 to 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, whole or cut in half
