Vet Bollen(Fat Balls) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 3/4 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Cream sugar and eggs.
Add dry and liquid ingredients alternately.
Drop by tablespoons in hot oil.
Fry until golden and place on paper towels to drain.
Roll in granulated sugar while warm.
Use deep fryer or skillet at 400\u00b0.
