Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium potato
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 boxes powdered sugar
    1 c. pecans
    1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/4 bar paraffin
    1/3 c. warm water
Preparation
    Boil potato. Cool and remove peel. Mash potato well. Add margarine, vanilla and powdered sugar a little at a time. Mix well. Add pecans into mixture. Roll into balls and set aside. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in a double boiler over low flame. Dip rolled balls into chocolate and place on waxed paper to cool.
