Poultry And Greens Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. per serving: leftover chicken or turkey, skinned, boned and cut into serving pieces
    romaine and leaf lettuce
    alfalfa sprouts
    handful each: slivered almonds or walnut pieces, raisins and croutons
    Feta cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Tear pre-washed greens into bite-sized pieces; add poultry. Add nuts and raisins.
    Spread sprouts over top.
    Add croutons and refrigerate to chill.
    Just before serving, add Feta and good vinaigrette or your favorite dressing.
