Uncle Mike'S Pepper Steak And Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. spaghetti
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 lb. round steak, cut into thin strips
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. minced garlic (from jar)
    1/2 medium onion, sliced thin
    1/4 c. red peppers, cut into thin strips
    1/4 c. yellow peppers, cut into thin strips
    1/4 c. green peppers, cut into thin strips
    1 plum tomato, cut into wedges (optional)
    spaghetti, cooked per directions on box and drained
Preparation
    In a wok or large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat.
    Add meat and cook, stirring constantly.
    Add soy sauce and garlic and continue to stir.
    Add onions and pepper and keep stirring.
    Add tomato and cover pan for about one minute.
    Remove cover and add drained pasta.
    Stir well.
    If pasta is too dry, add more oil or soy sauce.
    Makes one serving.
