Great Grandma'S Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 qt. sour cream
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 lb. softened butter
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    juices of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
    Butter and flour bottom of spring-form pan.
    In 1 bowl (large), blend room temperature, cottage and cream cheeses.
    Add and blend sour cream; set aside.
    In another bowl, beat eggs lightly.
    Add sugar, butter, cornstarch and flour, beating after each addition.
    Beat this until fluffy, then add to cheese mixture.
    Fold in carefully.
    Add vanilla and lemon juice without beating.
    Pour into pan.
    Place in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Turn off oven and let to cool in oven for 2 hours.
    Put in refrigerator for 24 hours.
