Meat Balls Snack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 tsp. Heinz 57 sauce
    1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    part bottle barbecue sauce
    1/4 c. shortening or oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except barbecue sauce.
    Roll into inch size balls.
    Brown in oil in pan.
    When browned, simmer in barbecue sauce for 1/2 hour.
    Can be served with toothpick from crock-pot and recipe may be doubled for large crowd.
