Italian Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fish fillets
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/3 c. cooking oil or olive oil
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Place fish in large baking dish.
    Mix all ingredients and pour over fish.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Do not cover dish while baking.
