Collard Greens With Neckbones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. neckbones
    2 bunches collard greens
    1 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    dash of red pepper
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil neckbones in large saucepan.
    Remove neckbones from broth.
    Add greens to broth.
    Cook on low heat until tender.
    Add bacon drippings, red pepper and season with salt and pepper. Serves 4 to 6.
