Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 egg yolks
1 whole egg
1 1/4 c. boiling water
juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation

Cook until thickened.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Top with meringue made from 2 egg whites.
Brown in quick oven.
