Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
    8 to 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 can crushed French fried onion rings
    1 large can evaporated milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Layer bacon, cheese and onions in bottom of baked pastry shell. Blend eggs, milk, salt, sugar and pepper.
    Pour over bacon mixture. Microwave on High-medium (70%) 12 to 14 minutes, rotating dish once or twice, if needed.
