Ingredients

1 large banana, peeled and sliced
1 c. skim milk, divided
1 c. ice cubes
1/4 c. sparkling mineral water, chilled
1 Tbsp. honey
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. rum flavoring
Preparation

Place banana slices on a baking sheet.
Cover and freeze until firm.
Combine banana and 1/4 cup milk in container of an electric blender; top with cover and process until smooth.
Add remaining 3/4 cup milk, ice cubes and remaining ingredients; process until smooth.
Pour into chilled glasses.
Serve immediately.
