Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. head cabbage
    3 ribs celery
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. pickle juice
    1 green pepper
    2 carrots
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Chop cabbage in blender with water and drain.
    Chop carrots, pepper and celery with water and drain.
    Drain ingredients for about 1 to 2 hours.
    Whisk mayonnaise, sugar and pickle juice; add to chopped ingredients.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Mixture should be creamy.
    If not, add more mayonnaise.
