Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice, drained
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Prepare whipping cream with sugar and vanilla.
    Note; may substitute nonfat vanilla yogurt for vanilla and cream, and use substitute sweetener for sugar.
    Fold in rice, cherries and pineapple.
    Chill.
