Ro-Tel Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
    2 onions, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    5 c. chicken broth
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 green peppers, chopped
    1 large can mushrooms, drained
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. green peas, thawed
    1/4 c. green olives, chopped
    1/4 c. black olives, chopped
Preparation
    Saute onion and green peppers in butter until tender.
    Use broth to cook spaghetti; drain and save some broth to moisten casserole.
    Mix all ingredients together and put into two 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dishes.
    Bake, covered, 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    These may be frozen before baking.
