24 Hour Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium sized potatoes
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on just until fork-tender.
    Peel and put through ricer, or grate on the larger hole side of a grater. Put into casserole which has been sprayed with Pam.
