No Bake - No Sugar Cheese Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. boiling water
    1 envelope plain gelatin
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    3 envelopes Alba frosty vanilla milkshake mix
    1/4 c. skim milk
    4 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
Preparation
    Blend egg and gelatin in bottom of blender.
    Wait 1 minute, then add boiling water.
    Cover and blend until all gelatin is dissolved; add cottage cheese.
    Cover and blend until mixture is smooth; add milkshake mix, sweetener and skim milk.
    Cover and blend.
    Pour into 6 custard cups.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg. Refrigerate until set.
