Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 medium potatoes, sliced thin
5 Tbsp. butter or margarine
5 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Slice potatoes (thin) and place in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cook butter, flour and milk until slightly thick.
Add cheese, salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce and cook until heated through and thick.
Pour over potatoes and cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour; remove foil after 1/2 hour.
