Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
1/4 c. flour
pepper
3 Tbsp. low-cal margarine
1/4 c. minced shallots
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. Marsala wine
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
1 large onion, finely chopped
3 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. cooking sherry
1 tied tenderloin
2 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
Preparation

Melt butter and saute the mushrooms and onion at medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture is nearly dry.
Set aside to cool.
