Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 c. sweet milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. corn meal
1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
-
Mix all dry ingredients, milk and eggs.
Melt shortening and add last.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
This makes 9 servings.
Spray iron skillet with Pam before adding corn bread mixture.
