Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped herbs such as: parsley, chives, thyme and sage or dried herbs of your choice
    4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Peel or scrub potatoes.
    Cut potatoes into thin slices, but not all the way through.
    Place potatoes in a baking dish.
    Fan them slightly.
    Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with herbs.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake potatoes another 10 to 15 minutes, until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
