Tuna Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices white bread, torn into small pieces
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
    1 egg
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix bread, tuna, egg, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and salt. Shape mixture into three firm patties.
    Fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
